Our small, dedicated team provides expert support to the young people in our care — they are not lost in an organisation with different faces each day. Instead, the team is made up of professionals who form great relationships with young people and provide a much-needed sense of consistency. Our shining and diverse personalities and understanding of the world mean we can be positive role models for the residents in our care.
Patrick - Director
Patrick is one of the Directors of our company. Patrick assists Jordan with his managerial duties. His duties include, making sure the home is run correctly, finances and making sure all residents are safe. Patrick enjoys playing in his band and learning how to skateboard.
Linda - Key Worker
Linda is one of our key workers. She ensures young people are accessing their independence by completing key sessions. Linda leads residents on their cooking key sessions. Linda will explore different meals you may not be made aware of and give you confidence to cook foods you may not be familiar with. Most importantly, Linda will support you cook substantial meals on a budget. Linda enjoys fine dining and looking after her two dogs.
Joe - Key Worker
Joe is one of our key workers. He supervises our support programme and makes sure residents are developing their skills ready for independent living . Joe tailors support plans for all residents which are then written up in reports for professionals to view. Joe analyses key sessions and ensures if targets are not met what can be differently to help achieve independent goals. In his spare time, Joe enjoys keeping physically active by exploring the great outdoors, running and practicing yoga.
