We support unaccompanied asylum seeking children.

We support unaccompanied asylum seeking children (UASC). We know that each child who is seeking asylum will have experienced some level of trauma, so a great level of care and support is given to ensure the young person feels safe in their new home. We have expert knowledge of the process and legalities so that the UASC is able to remain in the UK. We create an inclusive environment that allows UASC people to adapt to the life in the UK, while simultaneously ensuring that religious cultures are respected and supported in regards to diet, places of worship and celebrations. We have built great networks with our different cultural communities in Blackpool and regularly work together to ensure each UASC feels more settled in their new home.
